We do not sell, rent, trade, license, broker, or monetize our member list, customer list, email list, or purchaser list. We do not provide those lists to advertisers or data brokers. We do not use the member or customer contact list for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated outreach.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to Memories, the Jukebox, Richmond Old School Bars, and the connected gift store at bars.leeboy.us.
It explains how we use information associated with accounts and gift-store purchases. When you choose to post a story, photo, or comment in Memories, that contribution and the profile name you choose may be displayed to other visitors as part of the community service.
The only uses of the member and customer lists
- Account access: We use account information to create and maintain your account and to let you sign in, sign out, and keep access working. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the basic identity information needed to authenticate your account, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Gift-store purchases: We use the information needed to record, process, fulfill, and support a gift-store order, and to keep track of the purchases you make. That can include the products, order total, order status, and the contact or delivery details needed for the order. We do not use those records to add you to a marketing list.
That is the limit. We do not use member or customer contact lists for a different purpose.
Service providers
Some information must pass to a service provider to perform the task you requested. Google supports Google sign-in. Hosting providers keep the sites running. The checkout, payment, and delivery services shown during a purchase may receive the order or payment details they need to complete that purchase. We do not sell or give these providers our lists for their own advertising.
Each provider may process information under its own privacy terms. Payment details are handled through the payment service presented at checkout; our gift-store records are used to track and service the order.
Keeping records and your choices
We keep account information while it is needed to maintain your account. We keep purchase records for as long as needed to track and service orders and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. If you ask us to close an account, we can remove or deactivate its access; records that must be kept for a completed purchase may remain for that limited purpose.
